At Hanbal Coaching & Green Learning FZE (“we”, “our”, “us”), we are committed to providing high-quality online courses and educational services. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for courses, subscriptions, and purchases made through our website using Tutor LMS and WooCommerce.
By enrolling in a course or making a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Courses (Tutor LMS)
All digital courses sold through our platform are non-refundable once accessed, except in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues prevented access to the course and could not be resolved within 02 days of purchase.
- The course was not delivered as described on the course page.
Refund requests must be submitted via hanbalcoaching@gmail.com within 02 days of purchase.
Important: Accessing or downloading course materials may void eligibility for a refund.
2. Subscriptions & Memberships
If you purchase a subscription plan (recurring payment):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically refund past payments.
- Refunds for unused subscription periods are considered only at our discretion.
3. WooCommerce Orders
For any WooCommerce product purchase (physical or digital):
- Refunds are processed according to WooCommerce’s order records.
- Requests must be submitted via email within 02 days of purchase.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for purchase.
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Send an email to hanbalcoaching@gmail.com with:
- Order number / Transaction ID
- Reason for refund
- Evidence of technical issues (if applicable)
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 07 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Partial course completion or failure to complete assignments
- Failure to meet technical requirements
- Misuse or violation of our Terms & Conditions
